Cavendish Berkeley has been launched by Colin Simmons and Mike Pudelek to provide a high quality construction service to property owners and consultants in central and Greater London.

Colin and Mike have earned reputations in the London market over many years for trust and integrity as well as for technical competence. Their previous business, established during the economic turmoil of the 1990s recession, was successfully grown on the strength of these principles. The company consistently achieved more than half of its sales from repeat order business with a number of blue chip clients.

We are conscious that clients are demanding flexible approaches to their construction needs to secure greater certainty and confidence. This approach can take the form of principal contractor, design and constructor, construction management or development management. Cavendish Berkeley is positioned to offer traditional or tailored services best suited to the demands of individual projects. We also have a particular expertise in managing out distressed property development projects.
